Organizing a board game drive in your city is a fantastic way to contribute. Here's how you can get involved.

Step 1: Plan Your Board Game Drive

Set Goals: Determine the number of games you aim to collect.
Choose Dates: Decide on a start and end date for your drive (we recommend a 2-4 week period).
Select Venues: Identify locations where donations can be dropped off, such as local game stores, community centers, or your regular meetup spot.

Step 2: Spread the Word

Social Media Outreach: Promote the drive on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram using #meeplesforthemountains
Community Engagement: Inform local schools, libraries, and businesses about Meeples for the Mountains.
Press Release: Use our press release template to send to local media outlets.

Step 3: Collect Donations

Collect: NEW, unwrapped board games; preferably games suitable for families and groups of 4 or more players
Donation Points: Set up clearly marked collection boxes at your chosen venues.

Step 4: Organize and Prepare Donations

Inventory: Keep a record of all donated games.
Quality Check: Ensure all games are new and unwrapped.
Packaging: Pack the games securely for shipping.
